The country positioned itself as fifth in the world in terms of doses given per 100 inhabitants in a matter of days.
Over 1.5 million people have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Chile since the mass immunization process began on February 3. This is an impressive number for a country with just 19 million inhabitants and has placed it in the lead in the region and earned it praise of all kinds. The country is now ranked fifth in the world for the most doses given per 100 inhabitants.
