Abalone with Salsa Verde and Mayonnaise | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste, 12 or 16 cooked or canned abalone (locos)
  • Lettuce and Homemade mayonnaise for serving

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – For the salsa verde: Place the onions, garlic, cilantro, parsley, oil, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and let rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Step 2 – Serve the abalone in a bowl or on a plate over lettuce leaves. Place a small amount of mayonnaise on the abalone. Serve the salsa verde on the side.
