INSTRUCCIONES
Step 1 – For the salsa verde: Place the onions, garlic, cilantro, parsley, oil, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and let rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 2 – Serve the abalone in a bowl or on a plate over lettuce leaves. Place a small amount of mayonnaise on the abalone. Serve the salsa verde on the side.
