Step 1 – Combine the lemon peel, almonds, cloves, cinnamon, icing sugar, granulated sugar and water in a blender. then strain.
Step 2 – Place the mixture in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, stirring constantly. Return to a low heat and cook until the mixture thickens. Pour into a pudding mold and let cool.
