INGREDIENTES

  • 2 sandwich rolls or buns
  • 4 thin slices of beef striploin or rump
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Heat a grill on medium heat.
  • Step 2 – Dry beef slices with a paper towel and season with salt.
  • Step 3 – Cut sandwich rolls in half and toast them, then set aside.
  • Step 4 – Lightly oil the hot grill. Cook beef slices on high, one minute per side until they are just done, to prevent overcooking.
  • Step 5 – Place a slice of cheese on top of the beef slice and cook, covered, for one more minute to melt cheese.
  • Step 6 – Assemble the sandwiches: divide the meat and cheese between the 2 sandwich rolls and make sandwiches. Serve immediately.
