Bocado Ice Cream

INGREDIENTES

  • ½ lt (2 cups) milk
  • ½ lt (2 cups) cream
  • 200 g (6 oz) granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 egg yolks

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Add the milk, cream, granulated sugar and vanilla pod to a pot.
  • Step 2 – Bring to a boil over low heat.
  • Step 3 – Remove from heat and add the egg yolks one by one, then stir and strain.
  • Step 4 – Return to a low heat until thickened. Pour the mixture into a pudding mold and let cool.
  • Step 5 – Freeze for 6 hours and serve.
