1 cup thin-sliced green beans, finely chopped parsley
INSTRUCCIONES
Step 1 – Heat the oil and paprika in a large saucepan and brown the chicken pieces. Add the onion, carrot, herbs and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiling water and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Step 2 – Add the potatoes, polenta or cornmeal, corn and squash. Simmer for 20 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3 – Add green beans and cook until tender.
Step 4 – Place one piece of chicken, corn, squash and potato in each bowl. Cover with the broth and remaining vegetables and sprinkle with parsley.
