1 kg (2 lbs 3 oz) seasonal tomatoes (peeled or skin on)
2 white onions
3 tbsp cilantro leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Yellow chili pepper to taste
Black olives
INSTRUCCIONES
Step 1 – Wash tomatoes. Slice into wedges and place them in a serving tray. Combine with the onions, cut lengthwise. Add cilantro and dress with salt, vinegar and oil.
Step 2 – Decorate with yellow chili pepper and black olives.
