Cinnamon Ice Cream

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 lt (4 cups) water
  • 100 g (3 oz) icing sugar
  • 100 g (3 oz) granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Place the cinnamon sticks, granulated sugar, icing sugar and water in a blender and combine.
  • Step 2 – Place the mixture in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.
  • Step 3 – Remove from heat and add the yolks one by one, stirring constantly. Return to the stove and heat until thickened.
  • Step 4 – Remove, strain and pour into a pudding mold. Cool and then freeze for 12 hours.
