Grilled Meat Kebabs

INGREDIENTES

  • ½ kg (1.1 lbs) striploin
  • ½ kg (1.1 lbs) pork shoulder
  • ½ kg (1.1 lbs) chicken breast
  • 2 pork sausages
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano
  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green)
  • Metal skewers for kebabs

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Cube steak, pork and chicken and set aside.
  • Step 2 – Cut sausage into 1 cm (1/2 in) slices and set aside.
  • Step 3 – Grind salt, oregano, pepper, chili paste in a mortar pestle. Add vinegar and combine.
  • Step 4 – Marinate the pork with this mix and set aside.
  • Step 5 – Cut bell peppers and onion into squares.
  • Step 6 – Thread alternating cubes of meat and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Step 7 – Grill kebabs over coal at medium temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the meat. Season with coarse salt while grilling. Serve hot.
