Kelp Salsa with Avocado and Chili Pepper | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 cups kelp, cooked and cubed
  • ¾ cup white onion, cubed
  • 1 chili pepper, cubed
  • 2 tbsp green bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried oregano to taste
  • ⅛ tsp ground cumin to taste
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1½ avocado, cubed
  • 1 tbsp oil

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Place the kelp, onion, chili pepper and green bell pepper in a bowl.
  • Step 2 – Add the minced garlic and cilantro. Season with salt, oregano and ground cumin.
  • Step 3 – Add lemon juice and vinegar.
  • Step 4 – Add the cut up avocado and oil and mix well.
  • Step 5 – Garnish with rings of chili pepper and cilantro leaves.
