Meat, Tomato and Green Bean Sandwich | Marca Chile

  • 2 sandwich rolls
  • 400 gr (14 oz) beef rump or loin, sliced very thin
  • 8 slices ripe tomato
  • 1 cup fresh green beans
  • Julienned and cooked in salted water
  • 2 tbsp green chili, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil and lemon juice to taste


  • Step 1 – Slice the sandwich roll in half and toast. Cook the sliced meat in a pan with a little oil and salt for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Step 2 – Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise or butter on the top and bottom buns. Layer meat on the bottom bun. Add a layer of tomatoes. Season with salt and oil.
  • Step 3 – Add green beans and season with salt, oil and lemon juice. Top with green chili and cover with top bun.
  • Step 4 – Serve immediately.
