400 gr (14 oz) beef rump or loin, sliced very thin
8 slices ripe tomato
1 cup fresh green beans
Julienned and cooked in salted water
2 tbsp green chili, diced
2 tbsp mayonnaise or butter
Salt to taste
Oil and lemon juice to taste
INSTRUCCIONES
Step 1 – Slice the sandwich roll in half and toast. Cook the sliced meat in a pan with a little oil and salt for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 2 – Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise or butter on the top and bottom buns. Layer meat on the bottom bun. Add a layer of tomatoes. Season with salt and oil.
Step 3 – Add green beans and season with salt, oil and lemon juice. Top with green chili and cover with top bun.
