Step 1 – Preheat oven to medium (180°C / 350°F). Butter a rectangular mold and set aside.
Step 2 – Place 2 eggs in cold water and cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3 – Pour milk over the cubed bread in a bowl. Let it soak for a few minutes and set aside.
Step 4 – Process pork, beef and bacon in a meat grinder (alternatively buy ground meat). Place the ground meat in a bowl and add sautéed onion, the bread soaked in milk, mustard, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Combine ingredients well.
Step 5 – Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Step 6 – Place half of the mixture in the buttered mold, pressing down to remove air bubbles. Make two holes in the middle and insert the hard-boiled eggs. Cover with the remaining meat mixture.
Step 7 – Bake for 60 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Remove from mold and cut into thick slices. Serve with tomato and minced parsley.
