Oven-Baked Salmon with Tomato and Sausage | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg (2 lbs 3 oz) salmon fillet (sea bass, mackerel, etc)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1or 2 onions, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 450 g (1 lb) sausage
  • Casing removed and sliced
  • 300 g (11 oz) yellow cheese, sliced
  • Dried oregan
  • ¼ cup dry white wine

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Marinate fish in oblong tray with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Step 2 – Preheat oven to medium (180ºC / 350ºF).
  • Step 3 – Layer the bottom of a baking tray with onion. Place the marinated fish on top. Cover with cheese and tomato slices, oregano and sausage pieces.
  • Step 4 – Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, pour wine over fish and finish cooking.
  • Step 5 – Serve hot.
