Step 2 – Marinate ribs with chili sauce, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for one hour.
Step 3 – Place ribs in a roasting dish. Baste with oil. Roast for 30 to 45 minutes Add wine and beef broth. Continue to cook for approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
Step 4 – Cut potatoes in half and brown in a pan. Add salt and pepper, then set aside.
Step 5 – Remove ribs from oven and cut into 4 to 6 portions.
