Oven-Roasted Pork Ribs

Oven-Roasted Pork Ribs | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg (2 lbs 3 oz) pork ribs
  • Chili paste to season
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 250 g (8 oz) beef broth
  • 4 or 6 potatoes, cooked in skins
  • 1 tsp oil

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Preheat oven to high (200°C / 390°F).
  • Step 2 – Marinate ribs with chili sauce, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Step 3 – Place ribs in a roasting dish. Baste with oil. Roast for 30 to 45 minutes Add wine and beef broth. Continue to cook for approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
  • Step 4 – Cut potatoes in half and brown in a pan. Add salt and pepper, then set aside.
  • Step 5 – Remove ribs from oven and cut into 4 to 6 portions.
  • Step 6 – Serve ribs with potatoes and pebre.
