Peach Wine Spritzer

INGREDIENTES

• 3 or 4 white peaches, peeled and chopped
• Sugar to taste
• 1 lt (4 cups) dry white wine
• 1 cup sparkling water
• Crushed ice to serve

INSTRUCCIONES

• Step 1 – Place chopped peaches in a bowl. Add sugar to taste. Leave to steep for a few minutes.
• Step 2 – Pour wine and sparkling water into a jug. Add steeped fruit, stir and refrigerate.
• Step 3 – Serve cold over ice. Note: The peaches can be substituted for chopped strawberries, pineapple or chirimoya.
