Step 1 – Clean the piures, removing the membrane that covers their meat. Remove the dark part on the inside as well and refrigerate.
Step 2 – Cube the onion and chop the cilantro leaves.
Step 3 – Place the piures on a plate on their own or in their shell. Place the onion, cilantro and lemon on a separate plate so that each person can mix the ingredients when the dish is served.
