INGREDIENTES

  • 800 g (1 lb 13 oz) cleaned piures
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 4 lemons
  • Salt and Oil to taste

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Clean the piures, removing the membrane that covers their meat. Remove the dark part on the inside as well and refrigerate.
  • Step 2 – Cube the onion and chop the cilantro leaves.
  • Step 3 – Place the piures on a plate on their own or in their shell. Place the onion, cilantro and lemon on a separate plate so that each person can mix the ingredients when the dish is served.
  • Step 4 – Season with salt and oil to taste.
  • Step 5 – Serve cold.
