Potato Salad

Potato Salad | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 10 medium potatoes with skin
  • 1 large carrot with skin
  • ½ white onion, cut lengthwise
  • 1 cup peas, shelled and cooked
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 10 black olives

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Wash the potatoes and the carrot. Place them in a pot with salted water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until soft. Remove from water and leave to cool.
  • Step 2 – Peel and cube potatoes and carrot. Place in a bowl with the onion and peas. Add the cold water and stir to separate the potatoes.
  • Step 3 – Dress with salt, lemon juice and oil.
  • Step 4 – Add cilantro and stir.
  • Step 5 – Decorate with hard boiled egg pieces and black olives.
  • Step 6 – Serve cold.
