Shredded Ceviche

Shredded Ceviche | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 750 gr (1 lb 10 oz) white fish fillet
  • 2 onions, cubed
  • 1⅓ tbsp green chili, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Pepper to taste

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Scrape the fish meat with a spoon. Set aside in a bowl.
  • Step 2 – Add salt, cilantro, green chili pepper, onion, garlic, vinegar, cumin, lemon zest and pepper. Combine well.
  • Step 3 – Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4 – Add lemon juice and oil. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5 – Sprinkle with cilantro and serve very cold.
