Shrimp Pil Pil

Shrimp Pil Pil | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 1.2 kg (2 lbs 10 oz) raw shrimp
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp goat’s horn pepper, Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • ¾ cup olive oil

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Wash the shrimp tails. Set the tails and some whole shrimp aside.
  • Step 2 – Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, lemon juice and white wine and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 – Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the shrimp, garlic and goat’s horn pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  • Step 4 – Serve in 4 clay bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Step 5 – The shrimp can also be prepared directly in the clay bowls over an open flame.
