500 g (1 lb 2 oz) spider crab or king crab meat, cooked and shredded
2 cups white breadcrumbs soaked in milk
6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
½ cup fresh cream
INSTRUCCIONES
Step 1 – Heat oil and paprika over medium heat in a saucepan and sauté garlic and onion until soft, without browning. While stirring, add oregano and fish stock and bring to a boil.
Step 2 – Preheat oven to medium-high (190°C / 375°F).
Step 3 – Add crab meat, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, 3 tbsp grated cheese and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Season and add cream, continuing to stir.
Step 4 – Pour mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle the top with the remaining grated cheese and baked until top is browned. Serve hot.
