Tomato Dip

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 green chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • Cubed, bread rolls for dipping

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Place garlic, salt, oil and green chili in a mortar pestle.
  • Step 2 – Pound with the stone mallet to form a paste.
  • Step 3 – Add tomatoes and continue to pound until consistency is chunky.
  • Step 4 – Correct the salt and serve with warm bread rolls.
