Traditional Pebre Salsa

Traditional Pebre Salsa | Marca Chile

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano, 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green chili peppers
  • seeds removed

INSTRUCCIONES

  • Step 1 – Combine chili paste, onion, garlic, cilantro and oregano in a bowl.
  • Step 2 – Add oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 – Add green chili pepper and leave for a few minutes to let the flavors mingle.
  • Step 4 – Serve very cold.
