The digital transformation of businesses is an issue that is on the table of the majority of the world’s CEOs, whatever the size and budget of the organization, and Chile is no exception.
Chile’s Economic Development Agency (CORFO), the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS) and the PMG consultancy firm have recently launched the fourth version of the Digital Transformation Index (ITD), which has brought together the participation of locally established SMEs and big businesses. Via an online poll, they answered questions related to the five dimensions that make up the indicator: leadership towards digital; digitalization vision and strategy; ways of working, people and digital culture; digitalization of processes and decision making; and technology, data management and digital tools.
