Step 1 – Dissolve instant coffee in boiling water. Set aside.
Step 2 – In a separate saucepan, add milk, cinnamon stick, cloves and nutmeg. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coffee, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Chill for 4 hours.
Step 3 – Add aguardiente or other distilled drink. Stir well, strain to remove spices, pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
Step 4 – Serve with ice and ground cinnamon sprinkled on the surface of each glass.
