Founder of Copper3D
Daniel Martínez is the co-founder and Director of Innovation at Copper3D, a pioneering company in 3D printing that has opened a new niche in the market: antimicrobial 3D printing, the sector in which it is currently a global leader. In that role, he is responsible for sales and marketing strategy and is involved in new product development, innovation architecture, open innovation projects, new business models and strategic international partnerships.
In 2021, Copper3D won a NASA research fund for the third time that will allow it to test and manufacture recyclable and anti-microbial materials in space.
Daniel has earned a certificate in Technological Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, 2021), a master’s degree in Innovation from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2009), a master’s degree in Administration and Health Management from the Universidad de los Andes (2009), a diploma in Strategic Marketing from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2014), a diploma in Business Coaching from the International Coaching Community (2009) and a degree in Physical Therapy from the Universidad Andres Bello (2005).
